At the Center for Families in Transition, we know that parents want their children to be happy and healthy after their family experiences a divorce. We offer classes that help make this a reality.
Whether your goal is to improve co-parent communication, better navigate conflict with your co-parent, or establish your co-parenting style, the Center for Families in Transition has a class designed to foster healthy connections between family members.
CFIT co-parenting classes support parents while they learn about attachment relationships between parents and children, helping children cope with divorce based on age, co-parent communication skills, and conflict management.
The CFIT Essential Skills for Co-Parenting Class is a 4-hour course that gives parents foundational skills to navigate the divorce process in a future-focused, child-centered way. It is aimed at helping both parents maintain a secure bond with their children as children of different ages move between two homes. CFIT is currently accepting registrations for this class!
Center for Families in Transition is excited to provide additional co-parenting classes that build on foundational skills from the CFIT Essential Skills for Co-Parenting Class. These classes are for parents who want to make a deeper investment in customizing their co-parenting style to fit their family’s needs throughout their child’s development.
These classes are coming soon and include an Intermediate Co-Parenting Class and a Collaborative Co-Parenting Class!
The CFIT Essential Skills for Co-Parenting Class gives parents important information and skills to help make this a reality.
